How long is your list of things to do in this one life? How often do reminders pop up about all the things you want to do but never seem to have time for? What are you going to do about it?
Maybe it’s time to be fair and kind to yourself. You may not be able to do everything on your unwritten or written list, but that doesn’t mean you won’t live a fulfilling life.
I chose to see it this way: I have this one life, and I want to live it to the fullest. I changed my mindset and my focus. I spring-cleaned my list of things to do a couple of years ago, and I’ve never looked back - I’ve never been happier. Any time is a good time to start.
What stage of life are you in? How often do you feel overwhelmed by tasks, obligations, and unfulfilled desires?
Consider shifting your mindset. Send uninspiring words on holiday. Celebrate completed tasks, big or small. Appreciate the little things. Welcome challenges and congratulate yourself for overcoming them. If you fail, ask what you can learn from it.
As far as I know, we get one life. We can either embrace it or get caught up in complaints, comparisons, and the illusion that others have it all while we struggle. It starts with mindset. It costs nothing to reframe your thoughts, to find joy in small moments, and to see what miracles unfold.
Dedicating this one to my Mum, the most amazing woman I’ve known in my life.
I am a big dreamer, but my own dreams aren’t the only ones I strive to fulfil. I dream for others and with others, too!
Woman or not, challenges or ambitions, simple or complicated - whoever we are, whatever is on our minds, speaking out can spark the magic, ignite inspiration, or simply calm the mind.
My mum always made time for others. Watching her taught me the value of being there for people, and I chose my path in life with purpose - ensuring I leave enough time to do the same. Becoming a life coach just made it a little more official!
Trust in your intuition and build a strong relationship with it. Listen closely. If you stray from your path and things don’t work out, don’t be disheartened. Your intuition won’t abandon you. It will extend a hand, help you get back up, and encourage you to start again.
Consider failure as experience wrapped in valuable feedback. If you never try - and sometimes fail - how will you ever know if a path was right for you?
Be brave. Take actions. Explore different ways forward. Don’t fear failure. Befriend your fear, embrace your intuition, and together, they will guide you all the way to victory.
Fear and doubt have walked beside me all my life. But I’ve learned to keep them at bay - faint shadows in the background rather than obstacles in my path. Their presence simply reminds me that I’m growing, that I’m pushing beyond comfort zones. And so, I continue to believe, to take action, to move forward - despite them, and sometimes because of them.
Accept doubt and fear as companions on your journey. Trust the process, take the steps, and keep going.
Believe in my belief, as I believe in you - and you will get there.
I practice staying grounded, especially in times of uncertainty. I encourage others to do the same. Daily life, personal worries, work stress - our challenges are unique, but they all have a way of pulling us away from the good that exists in our lives. We get so caught up in past regrets or future concerns that we miss what’s happening right now.
So, I invite you to pause. Take a deep breath. Look out the window and truly notice what you see. If needed, set a reminder to pause and check in with yourself throughout the day. In just a couple of weeks, you’ll notice the difference. You’ll feel more present, more in control, more content. “Zen,” as one of my colleagues put it!
When you know something, you stick with it—and it happens.
That muse, the one that connects with you on an almost inhuman level, the one that nudges you to risk, to seize opportunity, to answer your true calling—that’s when you need to take action.
It’s been connecting with me again lately, urging me toward something out of the ordinary. I’m still making sense of it. But as always, time will tell—and I’m so excited for what’s yet to come.
Here I am today, having achieved two dreams within two years of putting them down on paper.
Oh yes, Dreams Do Come True!
Befriend your anxiety with compassion. Reach out when you need help. Seek quiet moments to find your inner stillness. Forgive yourself and others if necessary. And above all, keep dreaming.
Get out your pen and paper and write down three things you dream of making a reality. Yes, Dreams - not goals or plans, just pure, unfiltered dreams. And when you dream, dream big! Let your imagination run free without limitations.
To uncover the truth, you need to connect with your inner wisdom. Find the voice of silence within you - the voice that speaks in the quiet moments of your heart. This requires stillness and mindfulness.
In that stillness, the voice of silence will emerge - a quiet, compassionate guide that will help you make decisions and pursue your dreams with clarity and confidence.
It’s not just about where you are now or where you wish you’d be. You’re here today because of everything you’ve done. Sure, you’ve failed a few times, but you’ve also grown, helped others, made friends, and learned valuable lessons along the way.
No one’s life is perfect. We all go through hardship, but we come out of it. It’s hard to stay positive when everything seems to go wrong. But what are you going to do about it?
Will you believe that everything is possible, that there’s always a way? Sometimes you’ll find it yourself; other times, it’ll be revealed to you in the most mysterious ways. All it takes is one small action step each day - just one.
As this new chapter unfolds, it feels glorious to rediscover the joy of being present and grounded. Every moment—even the challenges—becomes an opportunity to learn and grow. Facing life with the right attitude and a clear mind makes everything more rewarding.
Mistakes have been made, lessons have been learned, and there’s no room for unnecessary negativity. The only way is up. So, bring it on—life, work, adventure, and all the possibilities that lie ahead. The journey is just beginning, and it’s one of gratitude, resilience, and boundless potential.
